Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups
  • Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documentation
  • Conduct joining formalities, induction, and employee orientation

Employee Records & Compliance

  • Maintain and update employee files, attendance, leave, and personal records
  • Ensure statutory compliance related to PF, ESIC, gratuity, and labor laws
  • Support audits and maintain HR documentation as per company standards

Payroll & Attendance Support

  • Assist in attendance tracking, shift rosters, and leave management
  • Coordinate payroll inputs and resolve employee salary-related queries
  • Ensure timely submission of payroll data

Employee Engagement & Welfare

  • Support employee engagement activities, townhalls, festivals, and CSR initiatives
  • Address employee queries and provide first-level HR support
  • Assist in grievance handling and employee relations activities

Performance Management

  • Coordinate probation, confirmation, and performance appraisal processes
  • Track goal setting, PDPs, and performance documentation

Training & Development

  • Support training programs, onboarding training, and mandatory compliance trainings
  • Maintain training records and assist in learning initiatives

HR Systems & Reporting

  • Update HR systems (MyTalent, Fairplanner, WOT, etc. if applicable)
  • Prepare HR reports related to manpower, attrition, attendance, and compliance
Desired Qualifications & Skills
  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Human Resources or related field
  • 2–3 years of HR experience (hospitality preferred)
  • Knowledge of labor laws, payroll basics, and HR processes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and HR systems
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism
