As a Housekeeping Team Leader, you’ll play a hands-on role leading the daily operations of our housekeeping team. You’ll support our Housekeeping Leaders to maintain exceptional cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction standards across the hotel.

Your Day-to-Day

• Lead, train, and motivate a dedicated housekeeping team to deliver spotless rooms and public areas
• Conduct daily room and area inspections, ensuring brand standards are consistently met
• Support and coach team members to enhance service delivery and performance
• Collaborate with Front Office and Maintenance to deliver seamless guest experiences
• Champion workplace safety, hygiene, and IHG brand compliance

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of housekeeping experience in a full-service hotel
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a passion for mentoring others
• Physically fit and comfortable with active, hands-on work
• Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
• Full-time working rights in Australia
• Positive, guest-focused attitude and the ability to inspire your team
