岗位职责：
1.协助负责客房部的整体经营和运作，分配督导员工工作，制定工作计划。
2.确保部门成本及各项费用，得以良好的控制。
3.根据酒店的运营标准，随时对房间和设施设备及各项物品进行检查。
4.具有全面的酒店客房标准的运作政策及程序方面的知识，具有酒店质量标准、服务标准及集团规范的运作知识，全面贯彻执行客房部工作质量、服务标准及政策程序。
5.检查已为预计抵达客人分配好的客房，确保所需客用品已按标准布置。
6.其他。
岗位要求：
1.中专及以上学历，2年及以上国际联号酒店相关工作经验。
2.具有组织协调能力、领导能力、应变能力、以及良好的沟通能力和信息管理能力。
3.具有良好的服务意识。
