Housekeeping Room Attendant

Key Responsibilities

Clean and service guest rooms and bathrooms to Crowne Plaza and IHG brand standards

Ensure rooms are prepared on time, with attention to detail and presentation

Replenish guest supplies, linen, and amenities accurately

Report maintenance issues, lost and found items, and guest requests promptly

Follow hygiene, safety, and security procedures at all times

Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to exceed guest expectations 

What We Are Looking For

Prior experience in housekeeping or a similar role (hotel experience preferred)

A positive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork

Good physical stamina and attention to detail

Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Basic communication skills (Bangla required; basic English is an advantage)
