Now, we’re looking for a passionate Housekeeping Manager to take charge of our housekeeping department and lead the way in recruitment, performance management, inventory control, quality, and hotel presentation.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Building, developing and inspiring a high-performing housekeeping team.
  • Driving recruitment, training, and performance management to achieve success.
  • Managing budgets, stock and inventory with efficiency and sustainability in mind.
  • Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hotel condition and brand quality.
  • Partnering with other departments to boost guest satisfaction and create memorable stays.
  • Rolling up your sleeves when needed — because you lead by example.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience leading a housekeeping department in a full-service hotel.
  • Proven strength in recruitment, team development, and performance management.
  • Strong skills in inventory management, budgeting and cost control.
  • A people-first leader with excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Physically fit, flexible with shifts (nights, weekends, holidays), and safety-focused.
  • Hotel Management or Business Administration qualifications are a plus.
