Salary $78,745.14 + super

To be successful in this full-time role, you’ll have:
- You must have previous housekeeping leadership, at least 1 year and preferably in luxury resorts.
Good IT/system skills, proficiency in Office Suite and HUB preferable but not essential.
Must be an Australian Citizen or Resident or hold a visa that has long-term working rights (no working holiday visas)
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing for extended periods, walking long distances, bending, and lifting (up to approximately 15–20kg), and safely handling housekeeping supplies and linen in a fast-paced environment, this is a hands on leadership role.
- Positive, can-do attitude with a strong team-oriented approach
- Confident in leading large teams, experience in roster management a bonus.
- Experience in training teams and not afraid to give feedback, coaching and having those tougher conversations when needed.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards while leading a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
