Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain assigned guest rooms or public areas to IHG brand standards.

• Make beds, replace linens and towels, and replenish guest amenities.

• Vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitize rooms, corridors, lobbies, restrooms, and other public spaces.

• Report maintenance issues lost and found items, and safety hazards promptly.

• Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely and stored correctly.

• Deliver friendly, professional service while responding to guest requests.

• Follow hotel health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

*تنظيف و الحفاظ على غرف الضيوف أو المناطق العامة المخصصة وفقا لمعايير علامة IHG  التجارية.

*ترتيب الأسرة، واستبدال الأغطية والمناشف، وتجديد وسائل الراحة للضيوف.

*تنظيف الارضيات بالمكنسة الكهربائية، ازالة الغبار ، مسح الاسطح والنوافذ و الابواب، تعقيم الغرف والممرات والردهات، والحمامات وغيرها من الأماكن العامة.

*الابلاغ بسرعة عن مشاكل الصيانة، والأشياء المفقودة و التي تم العثور عليها داخل الفندق، ومخاطر السلامة.

*تأكد من استخدام جميع معدات ومواد التنظيف بأمان وتخزينها بشكل صحيح.

*تقديم خدمة ودية ومهنية مع الاستجابة لطلبات الضيوف.

*اتباع إجراءات الصحة والسلامة والنظافة في الفنادق في جميع الأوقات.

Requirements

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an advantage but not essential.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards.

• Physically fit and able to stand, bend, lift, and work throughout scheduled shifts.

• Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.

• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.

   

المتطلبات

*الخبرة السابقة في تنظيف الفنادق أو التنظيف بشكل عام ميزة لكنها ليست ضرورية.

*القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وكعضو في فريق.

*اهتمام جيد بالتفاصيل والالتزام بمعايير عالية للنظافة.

*لائق بدنيا وقادر على الوقوف، والانحناء، والرفع، والعمل خلال الورديات المجدولة.

*صاحب سلوك إيجابي وأخلاقيات عمل قوية.
