We are currently looking for a Housekeeping Attendant to join our amazing team at Crowne Plaza West Cairo – Arkan.
Your day to day:
- You’ll make sure our rooms are always at their best .
- Check and report any maintenance work required immediately
- Follow our safety procedures at all times & wear protective equipment when needed.
- Report, turn in, and/or log all lost and found items according to established procedures.
- Work as part of a team and communicate with other departments as per hotel procedures to ensure excellent quality and service.
- Ensure security of guest rooms, privacy of guests and secures the rooms.
- Replenish amenities according to the operational standards.
- Perform rotation cleaning duties (e.g. steam clean carpets, spring cleaning, super cleaning etc.)
- Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day and maintain positive guest relations at all times.
- Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas.
- Realign furniture to the floor plan.
- Attends to guest calls, guest requests /guest complaints in the area assigned to him.
- Responsible for achieving and exceeding the guest satisfaction score.
- Update status of rooms cleaned on assignment sheet.
- Return and restock cart at end of shift.
What we need from you:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- A friendly, polite, and courteous nature.
- 2 years experience in a similar position in 5/4-star hotel is preferred.
