We are currently looking for a Housekeeping Attendant to join our amazing team at Crowne Plaza West Cairo – Arkan. 

Your day to day:

• You’ll make sure our rooms are always at their best .
• Check and report any maintenance work required immediately
• Follow our safety procedures at all times & wear protective equipment when needed.
• Report, turn in, and/or log all lost and found items according to established procedures.
• Work as part of a team and communicate with other departments as per hotel procedures to ensure excellent quality and service.
• Ensure security of guest rooms, privacy of guests and secures the rooms.
• Replenish amenities according to the operational standards.
• Perform rotation cleaning duties (e.g. steam clean carpets, spring cleaning, super cleaning etc.) 
• Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day and maintain positive guest relations at all times.
• Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas.
• Realign furniture to the floor plan.
• Attends to guest calls, guest requests /guest complaints in the area assigned to him.
• Responsible for achieving and exceeding the guest satisfaction score.
• Update status of rooms cleaned on assignment sheet.
• Return and restock cart at end of shift.

What we need from you:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• A friendly, polite, and courteous nature.
• 2 years experience in a similar position in 5/4-star hotel is preferred.
