3. 接听、记录并分发各种报告。负责每天将客房情况准确的输入电脑并调查各种异常情况。
4. 成为掌握客房服务员和客房部其它业务领域工作技能的复合型人才。
1. 高中或相当学历；拥有1年相关工作经验，或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景。
2. 客户服务技巧，解决问题的能力。
3. 健康状况：良好，外表整洁，态度良好
