A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
- Making sure our rooms and public spaces are at their absolute best for our guests
- Helping our guests in any way you can – whether they’ve forgotten their toothbrush or just need to find the elevator
- Managing your time and tasks, and keeping your supervisor in the loop by advising them of any progress or problems
- Monitoring and controlling supplies to minimise waste and helping us to hit our environmentally friendly targets
- Doing your best to reunite guests with any lost or misplaced items
- Regularly assisting with deep clean projects
What we need from you:

- Ability to assist in all aspects of the housekeeping department including rooms, and public areas
- It’s a physical role and you’ll be on your feet most of the day, so attention to safe manual handling is a must; including occasional lifting/push/pull of heavy items and you may need to bend and kneel to complete some activities
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Passion and to be a team player who enjoys working individually and as part of a team
- Ability to communicate effectively within your department and with the Front Office and Maintenance teams to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Flexibility - willing and able to work across all shifts including mornings, nights, weekends and public holidays
