Crowne Plaza Resort Petra is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Housekeeping Coordinator to lead our housekeeping team. You will oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring that all guest rooms, public areas, linens, and staff uniforms meet the highest hotel standards. Your leadership will be key in delivering a seamless guest experience through efficiency, attention to detail, and quality.
What We’re Looking For:
Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in housekeeping or hotel operations.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Basic proficiency in email and English.
Commitment to high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
