Hotel Services Team Leader - Food and Beverage

We are looking for a Food and beverage Team Member to join our Market and Meander team. If you're enthusiastic about delivering outstanding guest experiences and being part of a team that celebrates local culture, we'd love to hear from you. This is a Part-time role, based on HIGA Level 4.
 

A little taste of your day-to-day: 

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Ensuring all credit and financial transactions are handled in a secure manner.
• Liaising and working collaboratively with Food & Beverage Management regarding daily duties.
• Assisting with supporting the development of the team to maximise performance and great company culture.
• Ensuring guest satisfaction through delivering the Hotel Indigo Brand Service Style by enabling real human connections, putting guests at ease, and creating moments of delight. 
• Developing and maintain cohesive working relationships within immediate team, and wider hotel team.
• Maintaining the physical appearance and cleanliness of the restaurant including compliance with health and safety standards.
   

What We need from you: 

• Communication and customer service skills- approachable and articulate
• Passion and knowledge of Adelaide's local scene, especially wines and spirits.
• Strong attention to detail - creating amazing guest service moments with the team
• Motivation – your presence will impact your team and our guests; therefore, it will be important to stay motivated and energised
• Great teamworking attitude
• Valid South Australian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Safe Food Handling certifications
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Legal right to work in Australia without restrictions
