Hotel Performance Manager – Netherlands, Remote (with extensive travel)

We’re looking for a Hotel Performance Manager who thrives on partnership, insight, and impact - someone ready to support our hotels, strengthen owner relationships, and grow alongside a global hospitality leader.

 

Your Impact

As a Hotel Performance Manager, you’ll be the trusted consultant for a portfolio of IHG hotels across the Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, and surrounding markets. Acting as the key link between hotel operators and IHG’s centres of excellence, you’ll help hotels unlock performance, align priorities, and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build collaborative, long-term relationships with hotels, driving engagement and alignment with IHG 
  • Visit hotels in your region and cross region on a regular base 
  • Partner closely with all IHG support functions and deliver hotel-level priorities.
  • Analyse performance insights using tools, translating data into practical, hotel-centric solutions.
  • Act as the conduit between hotels and IHG teams 
  • Develop collaborative action plans with hotels and track progress through key internal systems 
  • Drive hotel performance across key metrics, ensuring brand standards and compliance through clear prioritisation.
  • Deliver and support training sessions for hotel teams.
  • Share knowledge and best practices within a collaborative team of consultants.
  • Contribute to regional projects alongside the Operations Director.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong experience in a customer or client-focused environment, delivering expert service.
  • Background in hotel operations or hotel leadership would be seen as highly advantageous.
  • A consultative mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A proactive, self-driven approach is critical for this role. You must be confident working independently, while staying connected to a wider team.
  • Excellent time and diary management skills.
  • Flexible communication style and a passion for building relationships.
  • Willingness to travel extensively 
  • Fluency in both Dutch and English is essential for this role; knowledge of German would be an advantage, but is not required.
