We’re looking for a sharp, curious, and commercially minded Hotel Feasibility Analyst to support IHG’s growth agenda across EMEAA. In this role, you’ll work as a trusted advisor and business partner to our Development, Design & Engineering, and Legal teams, bringing insight, rigour, and strategic thinking to every deal.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career who loves numbers, hotels, and the commercial drivers that make great deals happen.

 

What you’ll do

Deal Feasibility & Valuation

  • Assess new hotel opportunities presented by the Development team.
  • Conduct market research and site visits, helping shape the strategic positioning of each project.
  • Prepare P&L statements for company‑managed deals.
  • Build investment cases using IHG’s financial models and evaluate commercial terms.
  • Create and refine project review documents, gathering feedback from cross‑functional stakeholders.

     

 

Deal Approval & Governance

  • Prepare papers for internal approval committees.
  • Coordinate agendas, document circulation, e‑approvals and meeting minutes.
  • Support colleagues across the business in navigating IHG’s deal approval process.

 

Strategic & Commercial Projects

  • Deliver analysis for strategic development initiatives and reporting.
  • Support creation of pitch documents for new hotel opportunities.
  • Contribute to non‑deal projects that elevate the efficiency and quality of the IA function.

 

Build Your Industry Network

  • Develop strong relationships with consultants, real estate developers, and analysts across the hotel operator landscape.

 

What you’ll bring

  • A degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate financial insights for non‑finance colleagues.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Excel and familiarity with key hotel performance metrics.
  • Knowledge of financial valuation methods (including DCF) and an understanding of hotel ownership and business models.
