岗位职责
- 以良好的精神面貌投入每天的工作；
- 严格遵守部门各项规章制度，服从安排，热情对待每一位客人。
- 爱护公司财务，节约用水用电。
- 做好与各区域的衔接协调，与同事密切配合。
- 负责营业前所有对客物品的摆放及准备营业所需物品。
- 负责区域卫生的现场处理与保持洁净、整洁工作。
- 上班期间密切关注池中的客人安全，确保无安全事故；
- 负责水温、水质的测试并做好记录；
- 认真做好设施设备的维护保养，提高设施设备的使用寿命及卫生。
- 负责营业期间对客的安全服务、提醒客人贵重物品与财物的安全保管。
- 负责为客人介绍温泉的区域及项目，引导客人消费。
- 注意老年、儿童的人身安全，严格执行泡池规定，礼貌劝阻客人的不规范行为。
- 完成领班交待的其它任务
任职要求
有、酒店相关工作经验，有吃苦耐劳、精力充沛、工作细心、讲究礼貌、服从分配等基本素质
