A little taste of your day-to-day:

Your role will include but not be limited to:

• Greet guests with genuine warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for a memorable dining experience from the moment they arrive.
• Manage reservations efficiently while accommodating guest preferences whenever possible.
• Escort guests to their tables with elegance, presenting menus and offering any special insights with a confident and friendly demeanor.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide thoughtful, proactive service to elevate their overall experience.
• Foster a connection with returning guests and help build a sense of loyalty by remembering names, preferences, and occasions.
• Handle guest concerns or feedback turning challenges into opportunities to impress and exceed expectations.
• Work closely with the service and culinary teams to ensure seamless communication and exceptional guest satisfaction.

Ideally, you'll have some or all the following qualifications and experience we're looking for:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role, ideally within a high-end environment.
• Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to connect with guests and team members.
• A natural, outgoing personality with a passion for delivering excellence in service.
• Ability to work well within a team, supporting colleagues and adapting to a variety of tasks with a positive attitude.
