Health Club Sales Manager

We are a people-powered business. So, we’re looking for a Health Club Sales Manager who knows how to build strong client relationships, drive revenue, and create exceptional member experiences. Someone energetic, confident, and results-driven — with a passion for health, wellness, and delivering outstanding service that helps our Health Club grow.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

Developing and executing sales strategies to drive membership growth, personal training sales, corporate memberships, and promotions.

Identifying new business opportunities, conducting sales calls, visiting companies, and creating partnerships to expand the Health Club’s client base.

Managing prospect inquiries, conducting club tours, and converting leads into memberships.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing members to ensure retention and satisfaction.

Coordinating marketing campaigns, offers, and seasonal promotions with the Health Club Manager and relevant departments.

Monitoring competitor activities and market trends to ensure competitive positioning.

Preparing sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.

Working closely with the front desk, fitness team, and spa team to ensure seamless member experiences.

Ensuring all membership contracts, payments, and renewals are processed accurately and in compliance with company policies.

What we need from you

High school diploma or college degree in Sales, Business, Sports Management, or a related field.

Previous experience in Health Club, Gym, Fitness Centre, or Spa sales is a must.

Strong track record in achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Customer-focused mindset with a passion for health, wellness, and fitness.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Must speak fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings and weekends, based on business needs.

Valid Kuwait driving license is preferred.
