Duties and Responsibilities
FINANCIAL RETURNS
- Post all charges to guest accounts in a timely and accurate manner.
- Promote hotel’s facilities and special promotions in order to encourage guests to use all of the Hotels’ profit centers.

GUEST EXPERIENCE
- Respond in a prompt and professional manner to guest’s needs within the Business Center.
RESPONSIBLE BUSINESS
- Welcoming guests and members to the Health Club with a warm, professional attitude, ensuring they feel supported and motivated throughout their fitness journey.
- Oversee the overall operations of the Health Club including fitness center, swimming pool, sauna, and recreational areas.
- Manage membership sales, renewals, promotions, and guest engagement activities to maximize revenue.
- Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries regarding health club services, memberships, and classes
- Providing wellness advice and promoting the club’s services, facilities, and membership offers to increase engagement.
- Supporting the Health Club team in administrative tasks, locker room checks, towel inventory, and maintaining overall cleanliness and orderliness of the fitness area.
- Ensuring the reception area is clean, organized, and inviting
- Assisting with administrative tasks as needed
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
High School diploma or equivalent plus one year experience in customer service or in similar environment. Some College preferred. Must speak fluent English. Other languages preferred.
This job requires ability to perform the following:
- Standing and moving about the work area
- Energetic, professional, and customer-oriented personality.
- Heavy Lifting
- Must possess good computer skills
- Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with clients and guests.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
