You’ll oversee global enablement across technology, channels, commercial programs, and guest‑experience standards, ensuring our enterprise is positioned to win in every market, with every customer.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Define and evolve the global Groups & Events enablement strategy and operating model aligned to enterprise ambitions.
  • Establish governance, prioritization, and delivery models to drive consistent global and regional execution.

  • Lead integrated delivery across Technology, Sales, Commercial, Brands, and Regions to accelerate enterprise impact.
  • Set the enterprise technology and channel vision, overseeing key platforms and strategic partner relationships.
  • Remove friction across Groups & Events systems and channels to ensure platforms meet commercial objectives and customer needs.

  • Define and elevate global Groups & Events commercial and guest experience standards, lifecycle requirements, programs, and measurement frameworks in partnership with Brands, Regions, and Operations/Quality

What we need from you

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Hospitality, Technology, or related field; advanced degree (MBA or similar) preferred but not required.

  • 10+ years of experience across Strategy, Commercial, Sales, Enablement, Technology, Channels, or Brand functions within complex, global organizations.

  • Proven track record leading global, multi‑disciplinary teams through senior leaders, including direct management of Directors accountable for teams and outcomes.

  • Demonstrated ability to design and scale enterprise enablement strategies, operating models, governance frameworks, and guest‑experience programs aligned to commercial priorities.

  • Extensive experience driving large‑scale, technology‑enabled transformation, embedding new capabilities, tools, and ways of working across brands, hotels, and regions.

  • Strong capability in shaping technology vision, roadmaps, and requirements, and in managing or influencing third‑party platforms, channels, and intermediaries in partner‑led environments.

  • Deep understanding of hospitality and Groups & Events ecosystems, with the ability to translate customer and operational needs into scalable enterprise standards, programs, and executive‑ready communications.
