Role Purpose
The Head of Corporate Procurement, Sourcing and Contracting, is a key member of the Corporate Procurement leadership team. This leader is responsible to lead and support the end-to-end sourcing process across the portfolio, drive the Efficiency and Effectiveness spend optimization program for maximum value, develop continuous improvement KPI dashboard and function as GEP Practice leader for Corporate Procurement.
Your Day-to-Day
- Sourcing and Contracting - Improve, implement and lead sourcing management as a structured end-to-end process for: on-shore, near-shore and off-shore teams across all Corporate Procurement categories. Develop and execute competitive sourcing scheme: when to go to market, when to benchmark, when to incumbent re-negotiate and when to eliminate. Train, coach, and mentor team on best practices for source to contract and excellent stakeholder management delivery and engagement.
- Lead the Corporate Procurement spend optimization & Competitive Intelligence Program - to drive efficiency and effectiveness across the Corporate Procurement portfolio ($2.5 billion). Develop and investigate various savings hypotheses, cultivate synergies and dive team for maximize value utilizing various savings levers. Define addressable spend standards and align across the organization.
- Corporate Procurement GEP Practice Leader - Represent Corporate Procurement and advocate on it’s behalf for all GEP-related topics, partner on solutioning for Corporate Procurement-specific issues while driving adoption across all Corporate Procurement. Work with Procurement digital team to ensure GEP (Procurement system of record) data is maintained to a high quality level. Propose and promote increased analytics. Guide Corporate Procurement SuperUsers for internal engagement, recommended approaches and proactive training.
- Corporate Procurement Continuous Improvement and KPI leader - Create, implement and manage sourcing capacity model across Corporate Procurement in partnership with Procurement Business Partners (peer group). Develop and manage relevant (drillable) KPI dashboard including but not limited to spend, cost savings, CSAT, capacity, etc. Actively seek opportunities for continuous improvement, garner support for implementation and then drive high quality execution.
- Function and contribute as a key member of the Corporate Procurement Leadership Team

What we need from you
- Bachelor degree (master’s degree preferred): Business (Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, others), Engineering or related field
- Preferred certifications: CPSM or CPIC; Lean and/or six sigma certifications preferred
- Global – remote leadership experience of direct teams
- Matrix organizational constructs
- Change management expertise
- Six sigma, lean or other structured continuous improvement approach
- Expert at giving and receiving feedback at all levels (direct reports, peers, senior leaders)
- High degree of self-awareness and other emotional intelligence
- High employee engagement and care
Travel – 10%
Location – Atlanta, GA or Windsor, U.K. Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.
The salary range for this role is $100,000 to $220,000. This role is also eligible for bonus pay (as applicable). We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.
