We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Head Butcher to manage all meat and seafood preparation operations. You will ensure the highest standards of quality, freshness, and portion control in line with hotel standards.
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience as a Head Butcher or similar role in a luxury hotel or resort.
Expertise in meat and seafood cutting, preparation, and storage techniques.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage inventory and minimize waste.
Sound knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and HACCP standards.
