Your Day to Day
- Lead and manage complex employee relations cases, ensuring fair, consistent and timely resolution.
- Drive the implementation of human rights and responsible labour practices across the region.
- Identify risks and trends, providing practical recommendations to prevent issues and improve outcomes.
- Partner with HR teams to develop clear policies, processes and tools that support compliance.
- Build capability through training and guidance, enabling teams to manage employee relations and compliance effectively
What We Need From You
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years’ experience in HR leadership or operations roles.
- Strong experience managing employee relations, compliance or labour‑related matters.
- Solid understanding of employment laws, human rights or responsible labour practices.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders across different teams and markets.
- Strong analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
