人事採用業務全般
給与計算、労務管理、福利厚生等の管理
各部門との採用人員の確認

【Job Description】
Supervise and manage all aspects of human resources operations
Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes
Handle payroll, labor management, and employee benefits
Coordinate with each department to confirm hiring needs

You will also be expected to contribute to building a work environment that enhances both customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction, by working closely with on-site staff to improve service standards.

【Candidate Requirements】
HR experience is required
Must be comfortable using computers and basic software tools
Must be available for long-term employment in Ishigaki, Japan

【Language Skills】
Business-level English proficiency is preferred
