We are seeking an experienced HR HCM Reporting & Analytics Manager to lead the design, development, and delivery of workforce reporting and analytics solutions. This role is a unique blend of leadership and hands-on technical expertise — ideal for someone who thrives on building scalable reporting solutions while managing a small team or function. The manager will partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to drive data-driven decision-making, enhance reporting capabilities, and ensure the integrity of workforce data across our HCM system.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team overseeing HCM reporting, analytics, and data governance, while partnering with HR and business leaders to drive data-driven decisions through clear strategies, best practices, and standards.
- Design and maintain reports, dashboards, and data models in Oracle HCM, integrating with BI tools to deliver automated, self-service, and advanced analytics for HR and business users.
- Analyze workforce data to identify key trends and risks, delivering insights and executive reporting that guide HR strategy and workforce planning, while also supporting external, legal, and regulatory reporting needs.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements, maintain data integrity in partnership with HRIS, Privacy, and IT, and support audits, validations, and system testing during HCM updates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in HR reporting, analytics, or HRIS, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or lead role.
- Proven hands-on expertise with HCM systems (Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, UKG, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to design complex reporting solutions and dashboards.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Strong understanding of data structures, integrations, and governance.
- Familiarity with HR compliance reporting and workforce analytics methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in HR Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience leading predictive analytics, machine learning, or advanced workforce planning projects.
- Experience in global HR environments with complex data/reporting needs
