The manager will partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to drive data-driven decision-making, enhance reporting capabilities, and ensure the integrity of workforce data across our HCM system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain reports, dashboards, and data models in Oracle HCM, integrating with BI tools to deliver automated, self-service, and advanced analytics for HR and business users.
  • Analyze workforce data to identify key trends and risks, delivering insights and executive reporting that guide HR strategy and workforce planning, while also supporting external, legal, and regulatory reporting needs.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements, maintain data integrity in partnership with HRIS, Privacy, and IT, and support audits, validations, and system testing during HCM updates.

Qualifications

  • Proven hands-on expertise with HCM systems (Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, UKG, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to design complex reporting solutions and dashboards.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of data structures, integrations, and governance.
  • Familiarity with HR compliance reporting and workforce analytics methodologies.
