Under the guidance of the Cluster Director of Human Resources, you will support in driving daily HR operations and in strategic planning and execution of HR programs, activities and initiatives to ensure high level of colleague engagement while supporting the business objectives. He/she will be involved in the different HR functions including but not limited to recruitment, employee relations, payroll administration, onboarding, compensation and benefits.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, reference checks, offer preparation, and onboarding of new employees.
• Provide HR services and guidance to employees, handle employee requests, support grievance and disciplinary procedures, and promote employee welfare initiatives.
• Maintain accurate employee records, prepare HR documentation and reports, process employee transactions, and ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures.
• Organize HR events and employee engagement activities, coordinate travel arrangements, support colleague welfare programs, and contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes.
• Support promotions, succession planning and employee referrals while maintaining a strong talent pipeline through recruitment agencies and sourcing channels.

What We need from you:

• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality or HR.

• Experience in any HRMS software.
• Proven experience in HR for minimum 1 year.
• In-depth knowledge of human resources operations and best practices.
• Hands on experience in using MS Office, databases and any HRIS system.
• Outstanding communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Any additional training and certification in Human Resource Management will be considered an advantage.
