1、负责受理宾客对酒店各部门的投诉与建议;
2、建立客诉跟踪机制,定期复盘高频问题,推动服务品质持续改进;
3、全面维护前厅区域秩序与宾客安全,实时巡查大堂及前厅设施设备完好情况;
4、督导大堂内工作人员的服务规范与纪律遵守情况;
5、牵头协助VIP客户的接待工作,提供个性化服务;
6、主动建立与宾客的良性互动,定期组织客情维护活动;
7、主动解答宾客咨询,提供全方位协助,助力营收增长。
1、大专及以上学历;
2、3年及以上相关岗位工作经验;
3、熟悉酒店管理一般理论知识、酒店管理制度和工作规范;
4、熟悉各种应急预案的内容和程序,了解接待礼仪;
5、具有较强的组织、指挥、协调和控制等方面的管理能力,能够处理宾客投诉和突发事件;
6、条件优秀者可适当放宽条件。
