【岗位职责】
协助前厅经理负责酒店前厅部的日常运营管理工作,确保宾客服务流程顺畅高效;
监督并指导前台、礼宾、总机等岗位员工的服务标准执行,提升整体服务质量;
处理宾客投诉及突发事件,及时解决问题并跟进反馈,维护酒店品牌形象;
分析宾客满意度数据,提出改进方案并推动落实,持续优化服务体验;
协调与其他部门(如客房、餐饮等)的协作,确保跨部门服务衔接无缝;
负责前厅部员工排班、培训及绩效考核,提升团队专业能力与服务意识;
管理前厅部物资及设备,控制运营成本,确保资源合理使用。
【岗位要求】
具备酒店管理、旅游管理或相关领域知识,有同岗位工作经验者优先;
优秀的沟通协调能力,能高效处理宾客需求及团队协作问题;
较强的抗压能力与应变能力,能妥善应对突发状况;
熟练使用酒店管理系统(如Opera)及办公软件;
注重细节,对服务品质有高标准要求;
具备基础英语沟通能力,能应对国际宾客需求;
工作积极主动,具备领导力和团队管理潜力。
