1、协助酒店高级管理层负责及整个饭店的运作收集对客服务过程中所产生的问题信息。
2、在前厅部经理的直接领导下,在当班期间负责整个酒店的正常运作。
3、负责处理宾客的问题和投诉。
4、负责重要宾客的迎领工作。
5、进行整个酒店的安全和日常的设备检查工作。
6、解决当班期间发生的安全问题。
7、向其它班次协调交班记录上需要沟通的事项。
.1、大专及以上学历,有同岗位工作经验;
2、熟练使用前厅部服务系统,具备较强的英文听说读写能力;
3、较强的社交能力、协调控制能力和处理突发事件能力。
