1. 负责宾客的接待工作，包括迎接、登记入住及退房手续办理，确保流程高效且准确无误。
2. 提供详尽的酒店信息咨询服务，解答宾客关于酒店设施、服务项目、周边旅游景点等方面的疑问。
3. 处理宾客的特殊需求与请求，如房间升级、额外设施配备等，确保宾客满意度。
4. 协调解决宾客在入住期间遇到的问题与投诉，及时反馈并跟进处理结果，维护酒店良好形象。
5. 参与酒店日常运营工作，如协助客房服务、餐饮服务部门，确保宾客享受到全方位的优质服务。
6. 定期收集宾客反馈，为酒店服务改进与产品优化提供数据支持。
1. 大专及以上学历，旅游管理、酒店管理或相关专业优先。
2. 具备1年以上酒店或相关服务行业工作经验，熟悉宾客服务流程。
3. 具备良好的沟通能力和服务意识，能够以热情、耐心的态度为宾客提供服务。
4. 具备较强的解决问题能力和应变能力，能在快节奏环境中高效工作。
5. 熟练使用酒店管理系统及办公软件，具备基本的计算机操作技能。
6. 形象气质佳，具备良好的职业素养和团队合作精神。
