岗位职责:
-与上级合作,准备及管理部门账目,了解财务目标
-控制及管理部门花费,确保达到预算。
-尽量使用能够再用的物品,促使员工节约部门花费。
-在总结时,对相关事宜做出评价并吸收其精华,做出合理决策。
-在安排的轮班期间,监督前台工作,其中包括:了解客人信息、了解本地信、编辑客房占有率统计、管理对外地址的使用、管理团队预定、协助处理投诉。
-在轮班期间收银工作,其中包括:处理现金收入及银行程序、处理非正常付款、培训员工信用卡的使用和相关规定、培训员工对现金安全的保护程序、执行债务控制、准备报告、监督收银系统。
-夜班期间,准备夜班报告、夜间审记报告及晨报。
-与电脑部主管协作,确保酒店系统根据标准正常运行。
-调查在夜间审记时有可能出现的账目差异。
-确保对所有被拒绝的业务做出记录,并上报给宾客服务经理。
-通过对抵店和离店客人的个性化服务,监督前台的日常工作以提高客人满意程度。
-贵宾抵店前检查所有贵宾房间。
-与其他部门及相关供应商保持良好联系, 以确保优质服务。
-建立完善的酒店常客接待计划。
-准备优悦会员及酒店常客的欢迎信。
-推广新的优悦会员。
任职要求:
-按照洲际酒店集团标准,在宾客服务经理领导下,在当班期间,负责前台的正常运作和对客服务。围绕信任、廉政、尊重,团队和服务五项核心价值,增强员工的工作氛围,发扬洲际团队合作精神。
-具有团队协作能力,适应力强,对突发事件有一定的处理能力。在五星级酒店前台一年以上工作经验,或具有相同教育和工作经历。英文表达流利。需持有有效的健康证明,无任何犯罪记录。
