Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and service guest rooms daily according to Holiday Inn Express brand standards and SOPs.
- Ensure beds, bathrooms, amenities, and room supplies meet required quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of assigned public areas, back-of-house areas, and service pantries.
- Report maintenance issues, lost & found items, and safety hazards promptly.
- Replenish guest room amenities, linen, and supplies accurately.
- Follow all health, hygiene, safety, and security procedures.
- Handle guest requests courteously and promptly, maintaining a service-oriented attitude.
- Use housekeeping chemicals, equipment, and machinery safely as per guidelines.
- Ensure proper segregation and disposal of waste as per hotel policy.
- Support special cleaning schedules and deep-cleaning activities when required.
- Adhere strictly to IHG policies, grooming standards, and code of conduct.
- Attention to detail and cleanliness standards.
- Positive attitude with a guest-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of housekeeping operations and procedures.
