What You’ll Do:
- Greet and interact with guests upon arrival
- Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
- Handle guest inquiries and provide directions and explanations of hotel facilities
- Manage guest accounts, ensuring accurate billing and smooth departures
- Resolve guest issues to ensure an exceptional stay
- Promote IHG Rewards Club by enrolling guests and recognizing existing members
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months experience in Guest Services/Administration/Reception
- Qualifications in Hotel Management or Business Administration preferred
- Flexibility to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize workloads
