1.对工作有热情，喜欢与人沟通，做好对客服务；
2.有服务意识，可以积极主动与客人交流；
3.熟练掌握店内外信息，提供准确的问讯服务；
4.负责为下榻酒店的宾客办理入住登记手续；
5.负责房卡的制作与发放工作并严格遵守验证制度；
6.制作有关报表，为其它部门提供准确的接待信息；
7.VIP接待及维护宾客关系，制造宾客惊喜，满足宾客期望。
1.有至少2年星级酒店工作经验；
2.可以熟练操作OPERA系统；
3.英语沟通顺畅。
