Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver personalized guest service in line with Six Senses’ vision and brand standards.
- Coordinate guest arrivals, departures, transfers, and welcome arrangements.
- Handle guest requests, reservations, activities, and in-villa dining arrangements.
- Maintain accurate guest information and preferences in the system.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Assist with spa bookings, billing, luggage handling, and valet services.
- Proactively collect guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally.
- Maintain high standards of grooming, service quality, and professionalism.
Responsible Business & Compliance
All operations will be conducted ethically, transparently, and in compliance with local laws and company policies. I will ensure a safe and secure environment for guests, hosts, and assets while maintaining positive relationships with local communities and stakeholders.
Skills & Experience
The role requires:
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Software platforms.
- Basic food and beverage service including kitchen skills.
- Excellent knowledge of guest related functions and guest service.
- Strong team mentality, and willingness to be of assistance as required.
- Very good command over written and spoken English.
- A second language is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication skill.
- Well verse with hotel organization.
- Previous experience in a service, work-related role is a plus.
I maintain a thorough understanding of Six Senses brand standards, operational guidelines, and service philosophy.
