Your Day to Day
- Build and enhance training programmes that strengthen sales skills, tools knowledge and overall team capability.
- Evaluate and improve existing programmes to ensure they remain effective, relevant and engaging.
- Develop and support sales strategies, onboarding and soft‑skills training to elevate seller and leader performance.
- Partner with commercial and technology teams to improve systems, reporting and operational processes.
- Guide and coach sellers and leaders, offering practical support, feedback and ongoing development.
What We Need From You
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with experience influencing senior stakeholders.
- Proven experience in sales enablement, sales training, or commercial performance improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver training programmes for diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and project‑management skills
