Lead the strategic execution of enterprise learning initiatives through robust change management and project management practices by creating and manage a compelling, consistent brand identity and communications strategy for IHG University. Oversee the successful implementation of IHG University programs by driving alignment, adoption, and impact across global stakeholders.
Your day to day
- Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver key learning initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Develop and execute change management strategies to support the adoption of learning programs, tools, and platforms across corporate and hotel audiences.
- Manage project plans, risk mitigation strategies, and stakeholder communications for global learning rollouts.
- Develop and maintain the IHG University brand identity, voice, and design standards in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
- Design and lead internal learning communication strategies for key initiatives (e.g., leadership development, enterprise platforms, brand standards).
- Create and execute communication campaigns to increase awareness, adoption, and engagement in learning solutions across corporate and hotel audiences.
- Partner with global and regional communications teams to cascade and amplify learning messaging through enterprise channels, ensuring seamless integration of learning solutions into business processes.
- Manage learning communications channels (e.g., internal newsletters, strategic leader messaging, intranet, digital signage, social platforms, email campaigns).
- Establish and track communications metrics to optimize engagement and continuously improve campaigns.
- Build alignment with cross-functional stakeholders including Brands, HR, Marketing, Global Corporate Affairs, and Learning Delivery teams.
- Partner with design and media vendors or internal teams for high-impact visual storytelling.
What we need from you
- Strong project management skills, including managing multiple complex initiatives from strategy to execution, with proficiency in platforms such as Smartsheet, Asana, and Microsoft Project.
- Expertise in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) and related tools.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decisions and demonstrate impact.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
- Skilled in storytelling, visual communication, and engagement strategies, leveraging digital platforms like SharePoint, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva.
- Proficient in digital communications and marketing tools, including email marketing platforms.
- Strong ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels, including executive stakeholders.
Travel - minimum
Location - Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in the ATLANTA office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.
The salary range for this role is $58,844 to $105,000. This role is also eligible for bonus pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K and other benefits to employees.
