General Manager- Holiday Inn Lampung Bukit Randu

Lead the next chapter at Holiday Inn Lampung Bukit Randu—a ~200-key hotel with 2 F&B outlets, a 600-seat ballroom, 5 meeting rooms + boardroom, and a health club, gym, and indoor/outdoor recreation set above the city. As General Manager, you’ll set the daily direction, maximise sales and market share, safeguard standards, and be the brand’s voice in the community—turning great guest moments into sustainable financial returns while elevating the hotel’s profile across Lampung.

You’ll build a high-performance, people-first culture: clear goals, coaching, recognition, and succession plans that create real bench strength. On the floor and in the data, you’ll lift guest satisfaction by listening hard, fixing fast, and embedding services that exceed expectations. Commercially, you own the plan—budgets, cash flow, pricing and distribution—in partnership with Sales & Marketing; you’ll leverage technology to fill rooms and seats, lead capex and asset care with owners, and protect the hotel’s market leadership through sharp revenue management and disciplined cost control.

You bring a degree in Hotel/Business Administration (or equivalent) and 5–10 years of multi-department hotel leadership in mainstream, high-volume environments. You’re fluent in English, comfortable with stakeholders from frontline to ownership, strong across Rooms and F&B, and confident making data-led decisions at pace.
