We are now seeking a seasoned General Manager with a strong background in luxury hospitality to lead this prestigious property into its next era of success.

Your Day-to-Day:

Drive Commercial Excellence: Lead the hotel’s commercial strategy to maximise revenue and profitability. Identify new market opportunities and boost visibility at key events and fairs, driving business and strengthening market presence.

Build and Nurture High-Impact Relationships: Be the face of the hotel, fostering strong relationships with guests, partners, and the local community to elevate our brand and reputation.

Deliver Guest Experiences to remember: Ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional and memorable stay, upholding the highest standards of luxury and service.

Inspire, Empower and Lead: Develop and motivate a high-performing team committed to excellence and guest satisfaction.

What We Need From You

We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced leader to take the helm of this iconic flagship property. You'll bring a strong background in luxury hospitality, with a passion for excellence and a sharp commercial mindset.

Luxury General Manager Experience: Proven track record leading high-end, first-class properties with a deep understanding of luxury service standards.

F&B Expertise: Strong operational background in F&B, with the ability to elevate dining experiences and drive profitability.

Commercial Acumen: A strategic thinker with the commercial insight to grow revenue, optimise performance, and seize market opportunities.

European Market Knowledge: Demonstrated success operating within the European hospitality landscape, with an understanding of regional trends and guest expectations.

Language skills: Fluency in one or two European languages is a strong advantage, helping you connect with a diverse guest and team base.
