voco Quang Binh Resort is a beachfront lifestyle resort nestled along Vietnam’s pristine central coastline, offering a warm, relaxed, and memorable guest experience rooted in thoughtful hospitality. The resort features spacious villas, many with private pools and garden or ocean views, designed for comfort and stylish relaxation. Guests enjoy signature dining at Flamingo Restaurant & Bar, rejuvenation at the resort’s wellness and spa facilities, and a range of leisure amenities set against lush gardens and a tranquil beach environment. With its proximity to Dong Hoi Airport and natural attractions like Phong Nha–Kẻ Bàng National Park, the resort serves both leisure travellers and destination explorers.

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic General Manager to lead voco Quang Binh Resort. This senior leadership role is accountable for the resort’s overall operational and commercial performance, delivering consistent brand-aligned guest experiences, financial results, and operational excellence. The General Manager will cultivate a culture of service excellence, inspire cross-functional teams, and strengthen the resort’s position in an increasingly competitive resort market.

The Role

• Provide visionary leadership and direction across all resort functions.

• Drive financial performance, including revenue growth, profit optimization, budgeting, and cost control.

• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and full alignment with voco brand standards and IHG expectations.

• Lead, develop, and retain a high-calibre management team and staff.

• Strengthen relationships with the owners and key stakeholders, and represent the resort externally.

• Oversee effective sales, marketing, and distribution strategies to maximize market share.

• Uphold compliance across safety, legal, and regulatory standards.

About You

• Proven experience as a General Manager or senior resort/hotel leader with P&L responsibility.

• Strong commercial and operational acumen, with a record of delivering results.

• Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and develop teams within a dynamic hospitality environment.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Solid understanding of Vietnam’s resort and leisure hospitality landscape, either through direct in-country experience or closely comparable regional markets.

• Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
