Regent Phu Quoc – General Manager
We are seeking a commercially driven and visionary General Manager to lead the iconic Regent Phu Quoc — a contemporary haven of serenity located on Vietnam’s idyllic Long Beach. This ultra-luxury beachfront resort features 298 spacious suites and villas, a collection of world-class restaurants and bars, a holistic wellness sanctuary, cutting-edge meeting facilities, and curated cultural experiences that celebrate Vietnamese heritage. Set within the expansive Phu Quoc Marina complex and favored by high-profile guests, including the owner himself, this role calls for a refined leader with a deep understanding of luxury operations, a sharp commercial edge, and the ability to thrive in a detail-oriented, high-expectation environment. Your day-to-day
- Leading the commercial and operational activities of the hotel.
- Lead and develop a business plan to drive owner returns.
- Recruiting, leading, managing and motivating a strong team, upskilling, recruiting, measuring and managing performance.
- Reviews and implements strategic initiatives to drive commercial performance across the Hotel and its facilities.
- Prioritising relationships with Owners, guests, stakeholders and local communities.
What we need from you:
- Seasoned ultra-luxury General Manager, with experience managing remote luxury resorts with high Average Daily Rates (ADR)
- Strong Food & Beverage background
- Commercially savvy with proven results.
- Proven ability to elevate and lead a high-performing resort team.
- Experience working in Asia and/or Vietnam with a strong geographical knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills with a commitment to transparency for owners.
- Fluency in English. Other languages preferred.
