Holiday Inn & Suites Rayong City Center is a 288-room hotel located in the heart of Rayong, offering modern comfort with the warm hospitality the region is known for. As Rayong’s tallest building, the property features rooftop dining on the 30th floor, a pool with ocean views, a fitness centre, and a club lounge, serving both leisure and business travellers seeking convenience and contemporary style.
We’re seeking a commercially savvy, hands-on General Manager to lead this property into its next phase of growth. This role calls for a confident leader with strong owner engagement capability and the ability to drive performance in a competitive market.
A Little Taste of Your Day-to-Day
- Oversee daily hotel operations with a focus on service standards and operational efficiency.
- Maintain strong visibility across the property, engaging guests and supporting your team.
- Lead and coach the team to build an engaged, positive, and performance-driven culture.
- Drive commercial performance through strategic, insights-based decision making.
- Champion improvements that enhance the guest experience and strengthen operational performance.
- Build trusted relationships with the key stakeholders.
- Represent the hotel confidently within the Rayong and Eastern Seaboard market.
What We Need From You
- Proven experience as a General Manager in a multi-department hotel environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive revenue, optimise performance, and make sound business decisions.
- Hands-on leadership style — comfortable being active in operations and joining the team on sales activities when required.
- Strong F&B capability, with the ability to elevate dining experiences and oversee F&B operations confidently.
- Ability to thrive in a regional city environment and build strong connections within the local culture.
- Engaging leadership presence with a visible, guest-focused style.
- Solid operational leadership across accommodation, food & beverage, and guest services.
- Experience in Thailand or Southeast Asia preferred, or a proven ability to succeed in culturally diverse environments.
- Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on enhancing guest experience and operational performance.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
