Holiday Inn Perth City Centre is a 186-room hotel at the centre of Perth’s business district, underpinned by strong corporate demand, a solid M&E base, and Ivy & Jack — a standalone restaurant with genuine local appeal.
We’re seeking a commercial General Manager who enjoys leading people, shaping culture, and owning results — with the trust and space to focus on what matters most.
The role
- End-to-end responsibility for business performance, P&L, and delivery
- A well-established CBD operation with clear commercial drivers
- Direct partnership with owners on profitability and asset performance
- The opportunity to shape culture, engagement, and retention
What we need from you
- Proven GM or senior leadership experience with full P&L exposure
- Strong commercial judgement and operational credibility
- Confidence working with owners and making balanced decisions
- A leadership style that builds trust and stability
