An opportunity to lead a pre-opening hotel in one of Phuket’s most established and fast-evolving resort destinations.
Located in Bangtao on Phuket’s west coast, the hotel sits within a well-established integrated destination of hotels, residences, retail, and lifestyle offerings. The area continues to attract a diverse mix of international travellers, offering a strong and growing market environment.
With an opening planned for Q1 2027, this role presents the opportunity to shape the hotel from the early stages through to launch and beyond.
The role
• Lead the pre-opening phase through to a successful hotel launch and stabilised operations
• Take ownership of commercial performance and overall P&L outcomes
• Establish the hotel’s market presence and drive demand across key segments
• Partner closely with ownership to deliver performance and long-term asset value
• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team from the ground up
• Create a culture aligned with brand values and deliver a consistent guest experience
What we need from you
• Proven hotel leadership experience with a commercial and strategic mindset
• Track record of driving performance and delivering results
• Experience in pre-opening, repositioning, or growth environments is an advantage
• Confident stakeholder management with owners and stakeholders
• Strong understanding of the Phuket market or similar leisure-driven destinations is expected
• In-depth knowledge of the local operating environment is preferred
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Thai is a strong asset
