Step into the lead at Holiday Inn & Suites Sriracha Laemchabang—a 347-key, full-service hotel with vibrant F&B outlets, a grand ballroom and five versatile meeting rooms at the heart of Thailand’s Eastern Economic Corridor. As General Manager, you’ll own the day-to-day direction of the business: setting a crisp vision, executing IHG brand standards, maximising sales and market share, and turning great guest moments into great financial returns. You’ll be the face of the hotel in the community—building awareness, advocacy and partnerships that grow reputation and revenue in equal measure.

You’ll architect a people-first culture: raising engagement, succession and capability through clear goals, coaching and recognition—while ensuring HR practices are fair, compliant and on-brand. Guest experience is your true north: you’ll be present on the floor, listen keenly, and turn feedback into action, continually lifting satisfaction scores. Commercially, you’ll steer budgets, capital and cash-flow; deploy pricing, distribution and technology platforms to capture demand; and lead asset-management initiatives with owners to protect and elevate the property’s market leadership. You’ll champion responsible business—safety and security, community involvement and practical sustainability plans that reduce the hotel’s footprint without compromising service.

You bring a degree in Hotel or Business Administration (or equivalent), 5–10 years’ multi-department hotel leadership (pre-opening/renovation experience a plus), and a track record of hitting GOP, RGI and guest-love targets in mainstream, high-volume environments. You’re fluent in English, an excellent communicator with stakeholders from frontline to ownership, equally confident in F&B and Rooms, and comfortable making data-led decisions at pace.
