What You'll Bring to Our Team:

As a General Maintenance team member, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our hotel always looks its best and operates flawlessly. Your responsibilities will include:

· Proactive Maintenance: Expertly carrying out scheduled and preventive maintenance on various fixtures and equipment throughout our buildings.

· Support & Collaboration: Lending your hands-on expertise to support various engineering department needs across the hotel.

· Exceptional Guest Service: Responding swiftly and courteously to all guest requests and concerns regarding their rooms or public areas, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.

· Safety First: Diligently inspecting electrical cords and outlets for wear or damage, replacing cords as needed, and collaborating with professional electricians for any complex electrical issues to maintain the highest safety standards.

· Maintaining Excellence: Performing preventive maintenance in guest rooms and public areas to uphold our high standards of quality and comfort.

· Teamwork & Efficiency: Responding promptly and effectively to work requests and room inspection reports from other departments.

· Emergency Preparedness: Being a calm and capable presence in emergency situations, such as fires or power failures, to ensure guest and colleague safety.

· Pride in Your Workspace: Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment at all times.

We're Looking For:

· Technical Acumen: Ability to interpret technical drawings and documentation for effective fault finding and troubleshooting.

· Collaborative Spirit & Initiative: A natural ability to work both independently and as a valuable part of a cohesive team.

· Organizational Excellence: A commitment to being clean, tidy, and well-organized in your work.

· Hotel Experience: Previous experience in a similar hotel environment, with a strong understanding of refrigeration and HVAC systems.

· Clear Communication: Fluent communication skills in English to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.

· Flexibility: The ability to work evenings, nights, and weekends as our business demands, ensuring our guests always receive exceptional service.
