The Role

We’re seeking a passionate and hands-on Restaurant Supervisor to support day-to-day service across Julio’s, Room Service, and Events. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager, you’ll lead a small front-of-house team, oversee service operations, and help deliver exceptional guest experiences every time.

What you’ll do

• Supervise service periods and guide the FOH team during breakfast, lunch, dinner, and events
• Set the tone for great service with energy, professionalism, and a strong floor presence
• Work closely with the kitchen and Restaurant team to maintain smooth communication
• Assist with staff training, development, and daily briefings
• Handle guest feedback with confidence and care
• Promote daily specials and upsell with genuine enthusiasm
• Support RSA compliance and uphold all safety and hygiene standards
• Assist with rosters, inventory, and venue presentation as needed

What we need from you

• Experience in a restaurant or hotel F&B environment (supervisory experience preferred)
• Warm and confident communication style
• A hands-on approach to service and a commitment to high standards
• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Approved Manager licence (WA)
• Availability to work a rotating roster including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Full Legal right to work in Australia
