Position Summary

The Guest Service Associate – Front Office is responsible for delivering a warm, efficient, and professional guest experience from arrival to departure. The role involves front desk operations, guest relations, and coordination with internal departments to ensure a seamless stay experience in line with IHG brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests courteously and handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
• Ensure accurate registration, room allocation, and billing as per hotel policies
• Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly
• Maintain front office records, reports, and cash handling with accuracy
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments for guest requirements
• Promote hotel facilities, services, and local information to guests
• Ensure compliance with IHG brand standards, SOPs, and safety guidelines
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold hospitality etiquette at all times

Desired Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality (preferred)
• Prior experience in Front Office or Guest Services is an advantage
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
• Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts and weekends
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with PMS systems is desirable
