Your Day-to-Day
- As a Guest Service Associate (GSA), you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, creating memorable experiences by:
- Welcoming and checking in guests with warmth and efficiency.
- Managing guest bookings, handling payments, and ensuring smooth check-in/check-out.
- Assisting with guest inquiries, requests, and local information.
- Recognizing IHG One Rewards members and making them feel valued.
- Handling guest issues with professionalism and care.
- Working closely with colleagues to deliver seamless service.
- At least 1 year of experience in Front Desk / Guest Services (hotel experience preferred).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Tech-savvy with basic computer knowledge.
- Fluent in local language (additional languages are a plus).
- Flexible to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Positive attitude, passion for hospitality, and a team-player mindset.
