As a Front Desk Supervisor, we rely on you to
作为一名前台主管，你的主要工作职责为：

1.Provide highstandard service in accordance withdepartment standards and procedures.
2.Communicateto his/her superior any difficulties, guest comments and other relevantinformation.
3.Supervise the cashiering system
4.Takeappropriate action to resolve guest complaints.
5.Registers and rooms all arrivals according to established procedures.
6.Supervise front office operations
1.按照部门的规范和程序提供高标准的服务。
2.与上级领导交流有关疑难，客人意见和其它相关信息。
3.对收银系统实施监管。
4.正确处理客人的投诉。
5.按照既定工作程序为所有来客登记并安排房间。
6.监督前厅部运营情况.
