Hiring Salary: 8000 - 10000
1. 全面负责前台日常运营管理，包括宾客接待、入住与退房办理等全流程服务；
2. 统筹协调前厅部各岗位（礼宾、预订、客户服务等）工作衔接，确保服务标准统一、响应及时、客户体验优质；
3. 处理宾客投诉与突发事件，依据服务规范快速响应并闭环解决，持续提升客户满意度；
4. 负责预订系统管理及运营数据统计分析；
5. 参与客户关系维护与会员服务推广，支持酒店整体营收目标达成。
1. 本科及以上学历，酒店管理、旅游管理、工商管理或相关专业优先；
2. 具备3年以上同等品牌集团酒店担任前台经理或同等职级岗位经验；
3. 熟悉酒店前厅运营全流程及Opera系统操作，具备较强的流程管控与跨部门协作能力；
4. 具备优秀的中英文书面与口语表达能力，能熟练处理外籍宾客服务及商务沟通场景；
5. 具备出色的客户导向意识、抗压能力与问题解决能力。
